QIYI CLOTHING
Qiyi Clothing has the ability to carry out every process in the factory from apparel design, production to final packaging and delivery, and can accurately control product quality and production speed. We are equipped with sublimation printing department, automatic laser cutting machine and garment hanging production line.
Sublimation Printing
Sublimation printing is a popular method for creating custom designs on apparel, especially for sportswear and activewear. The colors are bright, vibrant, and long-lasting. The dye molecules actually bond with the fibers of the fabric, rather than sitting on top, it means the colors won’t fade or wash out easily.
Sublimation prints are highly durable, and won’t crack or peel over time. Sublimated fabrics retain their softness and breathability, making them comfortable to wear even in hot weather.
Laser Cutting Machine
A laser cutting machine is a high-precision tool used to cut patterns and designs on fabric using a laser beam. The laser beam is guided by a computer-controlled system that ensures accurate and consistent cuts on various types of materials.
The laser cutting machine can cut intricate designs, patterns, and shapes in a matter of seconds, reducing the time and labor required for traditional cutting methods. It is also versatile and can handle small to large production runs, making it an ideal choice for both small-scale and mass production operations.
Garment Hanging Line
The garment hanging system on a garment production line is a device system consisting of hangers and conveyors, designed to hang and transport fabric or finished garments between different stages of the production process.
The hangers are typically made up of hooks, chains, and pulleys, and are adjustable in height to accommodate different sizes and types of clothing. The conveyors consist of a belt or chain and rollers, and are automated to efficiently move materials between workstations.
